An online GP appointment lets you speak to a UK‑registered doctor by video, wherever you are. You get straightforward medical advice without the travel, waiting rooms, or long delays.

Most everyday health concerns can be assessed online — from infections and skin issues to mental health, women’s health, men’s health, and ongoing conditions. If something needs an in‑person check, your doctor will guide you clearly.

Can I use eUK Doctor while I’m abroad?

Yes — you can speak to a UK‑registered doctor from abroad if you’re travelling or temporarily outside the country. Prescriptions can only be issued to UK pharmacies, so we can’t send medication overseas.

We offer morning, evening, and weekend appointments so you can choose a time that works for you.

Yes. We can send your prescription electronically to almost any UK pharmacy for quick collection.

Can I get a fit note or medical certificate?

If your doctor feels it’s appropriate, they can issue fit notes, referral letters, and medical certificates during your consultation.

Who are your doctors?

All eUK Doctor clinicians are experienced, UK‑registered GPs with NHS backgrounds and training in online care.

Can you refer me to a specialist?

Yes. If clinically appropriate, your GP can issue a referral letter directly to your email.

Is my information secure?

Yes. Your consultation is confidential, encrypted, and handled by UK‑registered clinicians who follow strict NHS and GMC standards.

How long are appointments?

Appointments usually last 10–15 minutes, giving you time to explain your symptoms and get a clear plan.

What if I need to be seen in person?

If your symptoms require a physical examination or urgent assessment, your doctor will explain exactly where to go and what to do next — no confusion, no guesswork.

Can I use this service for my child?
